No, it's not true. I like Winona, but obviously nowhere near as much as I like (Or whatever word describes how I feel about Her) Flannery. She's got some nice Pokemon. My fav is Skarmory.

Yes, and you can get it in FR/LG by trading with someone with Ruby/Sapphire (That's how I got mine in FR)
