I hope they re-open the safari zone (though this could well be unlikely, because we already have the park back in Johto). And maybe when you collect the Kanto badges, some sort of Sevii Islands in HGSS style, which will feature 3rd and 4th Generation Pokemon plus legendaries, would be accessible and fully explorable. Ha, I can only dream. XD

I dont think the national park is any excuse for no safari zone, they are two very different events, and lets face it, the national park pales in comparison with all the other safari zones (inc. great marsh, yeah i went there!). I would take it as a personal insult if the safari zone isn't in the game, or at the very least a better national park.

I do agree that kanto should have sinnoh and hoenn pokemon, and i would love to see it, but i doubt many will appear due to said regions pokemon not being native to the already established kanto, wheras sevii islands could be played around with as it was a new location and could have different native pokemon. I think there will be some H/S pokemon in the Cianwood island however, as once again, it is a new location that the programmers can have fun with.

It's almost a guarantee that kanto and its badges will be included (new johto map anyone?), as long as a bit of story is added to it, possibly involving silph co. and lavender radio tower. IMO, Team Rocket just seemed to disappear from the storyline without a really good reason, and there lots of room to expand in kanto, especially considering its where they started out from... probably.
