Unown uses Hidden Power: Electric! for U, X, and Y, there are very littl eoptions, so HP is the only choice
 
Vulpix used Faint Attack!

Xatu uses Hidden Power Electric, the only possible option for X
 
Yanma used Shadow Ball! (umpteen time already)
 
Zubat uses Air Cutter, thank XYZ is over
 
Arise Dragonite! Use Thunderbolt
 
It would, however, Eevee cant learn Blizzard. However, Exploud can, so i'll use go with that...and beat myself
