Does anyone else remember the Pokemon Lessons that professor gave in Pokemon Stadium 2? They were quite fun at the time IIRC. I remember there were 3 different "assignments" for each skill level. The lectures were boring and a huge pain. The quizzes were fun, though. I remember doing stupid things, like pressing the wrong C button. And, finally, I remember those battles. Those were pretty intense. I remember winning, but then finding out I had chosen the wrong Pokemon for the battle. It was very lol.

Do you remember the academy? 8D

I loved it. I learned so many valuable lessons which helped me beat the GameBoy games with easy. Also, the library was very handy especially when someone was on the computer and I wouldn't be able to use the internet.

Yes, I most certainly do remember the Academy and even if I didn't, I could just plug the game back in and take a stroll down memory lane, so to speak. Some of the lessons were rather...unnecessary, but others taught lessons that a normal player probably wouldn't know otherwise. Honestly, I myself had no idea about those situational damage increases (Earthquake doing more during Dig, Twister doing more during Fly, etc) before learning about them through Stadium 2.

    I remember the academy
its where i learned how good of a move Belly Drum was
    :x

I remember that--it wasn't the most fun feature of the game but probably the most useful. I'm like a lot of others--I didn't know some of the conditional damage aspects of the game until I played that, nor did I understand the point of a lot of moves. (I remember I used to hate any attacks that didn't do immediate damage because they were "pointless" and this is what finally showed me otherwise. xD) I wish there was something like this in the GCN/Wii games. :( I'd love to see more basic strategies tutorial'd to me; I don't pay attention to that aspect of the game otherwise.
