Well, it differs depending on who's subordinate it is...

Deidara: Clay monkey
Me: Paper monkey
Sasori: Puppet monkey
Kakuzu: Rich monkey
Hidan: Sacrificial monkey (XD)
Kisame: er... water monkey?
Itachi: "I don't want a monkey."
Tobi: himself (yes, he's a MONKEY! XD)
Pein: dead monkey (as in, it gets within three feet of him and it's dead. XD)
Zetsu: Er... raw monkey. XD
