Welcome to The Baby League!
I was really bored today and browsed through Wifi Battles on Youtube, and suddenly I came across a great video: A Baby Battle! I was particularly intrigued, and laughed all throughout the battle - it was a heck of a lot of fun.
WHAT IS THE BABY LEAGUE?
Take a break from Scizor, Weavile, Electivire and the threats of "our" (by which, of course, I refer to Smogon) current Standard Metagame. The Baby League is simple - basically, you use cute NFE (Not Fully Evolved) Pokemon to engage in..competitive battling? Not exactly...

HOW IT WORKS
Challengers must prove themselves worthy by defeating the following: The Eight Gym Leaders, The Elite Four, The Champion, and The Lost Legends.

They will receive prizes for every leader / elite four / champion / lost legend they beat.
The first three challengers to successfully meet all the above receives a mysteriously amazing prize...
In order to have the right to challenge an Elite Four you must defeat all eight gyms. To challenge the Champion you must defeat all Elite Fours. To challenge Lost Legends you must defeat all gyms, Elite Fours and the Champion.
Whether the leader wishes to give prizes or not is optional.
Gym Leaders hand out badges.
Elite Fours / The Champion hand/s out crests.

THE RULES - READ!
1. Instead of abusing your babies and producing unreal simulations that turn them to Level 100s, challengers will play Free Singles - that means your Pokemon will not transform into Level 100s, or even 50s, but stay at their current level.
2. You must train them to LEVEL 5 AND LEVEL 5 ONLY! Don't bother to EV Train, as EV Training results are unfruitful unless your Pokemon are actually high-leveled.
3. The Evasion Clause, Sleep Clause, OHKO Clause are in play!
4. Item Clause is not in play (bending the rules a little).
5. Scyther is banned.
6. Moves like Dragon Range, Sonicboom are not allowed.
7. It goes without saying that no hacks are allowed. This is a fun league; a universal cup in which members of all abilities can participate; don't ruin it by hacking.
8. And finally...treat your baby Pokemon well!

PLAY YOUR PART
You don't need to be an expert battler; you don't need to know how to IV Breed or EV Train; all you need is a little enthusiasm and to show a little support.

Get creative with your movesets! A baby Trick Room team may be something to fear. If you refuse to teach these babies great TMs, it is unnecessary; stick with the Level-Up Moves.
