chimchar is slamed by the lightning and sent flying into a tree! retaliate with a flame wheel! (btw, who wins?)
 
(Well we're the same gen, but you;re a monkey in a forest, you can win).

Shinx jump into the wheel and use Discharge! A huge ball of electricity goes off around Shinx, and then the fire and electricity bounce around everywhere. that hurt Shinx a bit too.
 
chimchar is smoking from the electrical dishcharge, chimchar is pretty battered
alright flamewheel combined with thunder punch!
 
chimchar is getting hammered by the tail,just take the beating and....use counter!
 
chimchar is smacked by the beam. chimchar barely has shtrength to stand up, with the last of your strenght use a thunder punch flamewheel combo!
