alright electivire stick both ur tails out straight to your left and right side! use ur left hand for ice punch and right hand for thunder punch. stick both hands in the air and slightly to the side and position your legs slightly to the side as well. so begin to spin like to an icy cold electrified spinning cart wheel to attack mismagius!!
