If you have XD, then definetely Zapdos. If not, Zapdos and Raikou are about even. IMO Zapdos is better even without XD.

Anyway, to stay on topic, Drayano's Suicune moveset is quite general, but still it's the most useful moveset for it nontheless. Yeah, I like Suicune even if it's Raikou>Suicune>>>Entei.

Extrasensory is unneeded. T-bolt kills Weezing and Gengar fast enough as it is. Drill peck's ONLY use is with 270 attack and 6 stages boost. then it OHKOes Blissey. otherwise, you're just using something to deal with Heracross alone.

Thats my preference. 401 HP on cune with a few spd/sp. atk EVs. rest goes in defenses. I like max speed on Zapdos for some odd reason =/
