Yeah thats true but after looking at Wikipedia a couple of months back it turns out that theres other alert levels here in the US. I also thought there was an emergency level 10. I was expecting it.
 
Yeah there are other emergency levels here, just that one was in my head. The most stupid one is the terror alert level thing.
