Well I would change the outline of the scarf, not the part one his body the part in the air, I would change it too a darker grey cus it look better and you forgot the red bits that come out from his shoes.

I give it 8/10

I made his hair much better, changed his scarf's outline colour, made his jacket better and put the little red things on his shoes :)

Well it is better but you should make the left trouser leg abit thinner so that you can see it red thing like you can on the right, but apart fomr that it is good 8.9/10 ^^.

I dont see the problem and I like the Jap names better myself

Max = Max
Tyson = Takao
Kai = Kai
Ray = Rei

Look there are the translations and as you can see 2 are the same XD.
