Hello, and welcome to my humble trade thread. I have been playing since I was young, and I still have not lost the passion for it. At some point, I might have to move on and leave it all behind; but before that happens, let's enjoy it! I have strived to become the best in all aspects of everything that I can do, and Pokemon is not an exception to this. To me, nothing is more important than acheiving the goal of victory, and to do so, one would need to right tools.

Although I can RNG abuse for myself with Emulators and what not (since I am not a fan of trial and error), I can't help but feel that if it cannot be done on the real cart, people will judge it differently. Fortunately, there are people out there that can do it on real DSes, so that can be slide under. Most event Pokemon from the past however, are impossible to obtain, in which they are remotely competitively viable in today's environment.

Hense, this is part of the reason why I have started reseting on 3rd Gen Specials, which are impossible to RNG as of late, and have value among collectors and wifi battlers. Some of have merit into today's metagame, some do not, or have not been tapped into yet. Regardless, this is the work that I have done so far, and I will share it with you, if you share some of your time to trade for them.

I know of bad hacks when I see it, don't try and fool me.

I only want competitive viable Pokemon, some events are excluded from this rule, and even then I will need IVs and Natures.

As a note for the last rules, please list your IVs as HP | Atk | Def | SpA | SpD | Spd

Don't be stupid, and be knowledgeable about trades.

All Pokemon is uncapped with their final evolution for trading in 5th Gen, if you want a Nickname, you must offer me something more, since I have to go all the way back to Emerald to get it done.

Trophy Case

Welcome to the trophy case, This is the best of part of my collection! A lot of time has been invested in these particular Pokemon due to the tenacity that is required to obtain them. Those of you who have played Pokemon XD, you may have noticed that after the Greevil fight, the end game sequence will require you to save into order to proceed, this means that the Zapdos, Articuno, and Moltres from that fight cannot be soft-reseted, even though with certain speed and HP set ups, there is a lot of room for error.

However, today, with the more memory options avaliable, namely Wii Homebrew, or a 3rd Party GCN USB memory card (which I use), these birds can finally be competetive viable without being on a simulator.

I am also currently working on a good Collos Pre-Order Jirachi, which is the only way for Jirachi to learn Body Slam legally, which in conjunction with Serene Grace, offers a reliable paralysis chance. When that does get done, it will be trophy case also. Naturally, reloaded saves will also be used to save time from restarting.

Trophy Case Pokemon are indicated by a

symbol, this means this Pokemon will cost at least 2 Pokemon (can be subjected to change).

Now you too can bask in the morning glory! Moltres gains Morning Sun from XD via its purification. Although this special move is shunned in 4th Generation in favor for the excellent Roost, which is reliable and have more PP; Now however, in 5th Generation, there is now a new element in play - Drought in Standard, which is where Morning Sun truly shine, as the difference of recovery is now a key factor now, as most Sunlight teams now don't need to rely completely on Sunny Day.

With Perfect Speed, as well as a sky high Special Attack, Moltres is a force to be reckoned with under eternal sunlight, Fire Blast can scorch a hole in anything that is neutral to it. Morning Sun and also provides a 70% recovery versus 50% from Roost. From a prediction standpoint, it also protects it from the dreaded Earthquake under a well timed Roost, which takes away its Ground immunity.

Take shelter beneath the North Breeze's wings! Heal Bell is one of Articuno's best moves in her excellent support movepool, one of which that is only obtainable in Pokemon XD; along with Tailwind, it makes Articuno one of the best acting in support in the lower tiers. Haze is also an exclusive move in XD, which sees less use competitively, but it still has its uses.

When using Articuno to support, it is important to manage the dreaded Stealth Rock weakness. Competent Rapid Spin users in NU such as Torkoal and Armaldo are excellent options. With proper management, Articuno can be quite enjoyable to play with. Roost and Tailwind are optional extras for this Pokemon, if you want to use them both, please let me know before you trade since a move has to be overwritten in the Poke Transfer to 5th Gen.

Let the relay of impulse commence! Zapdos has always been a great Pokemon. In 2005, Pokemon XD has given Zapdos one of the best support moves in the game. In 3rd Gen simulators, Zapdos with Baton Pass is one of the best Pokemon in the game, being able to pass Speed, as well as a well HP Substitute for the relay runner to use. Being able to topple over defensive threats the likes of Skarmory, Weezing, and Suicune. Zapdos is a force to be reckoned with.

Fast forward to today, the 5th Generation has offered a few toys pushed Zapdos into the spotlights once again, namely the excellent Shell Smash; which effectively turn Zapdos into an excellent attacker in the middle of a Baton Pass chain. Aside from that, Zapdos can also pass Charge Beam boosts, pressing the SpA boost even further. It can still use Substitute and Agility, which are good options as well.

While using Zapdos in a Baton Pass chain, Stealth Rock control is welcomed, but not necessary. Zapdos can Roost as remedy this problem , which puts Pressure into good use; as defensive builds can take Stone Edges with ease after removing the Rock weakness.​
