    Alrighty Since the Gym Leaders have the "Evil" "Special Class" Rule, than they have to be Family right?

    I think that Giovanni is obviously Koga and Blaine's Brother, Sabrina's Uncle, and Lt. Surges Cousins Mother's Grandmother's Roommate's Kid.

    This seems more closely tied to the backstory of the Pok?mon Manga, not the anime...I will PM the nearest mod to move it.

    In the manga, I don't think they're families...
    In Johto, Lance and Clair are related as cousins though. Janine is Koga's daughter (duh...)

    Otherwise, I don't think there's any other family relations...XD
     
    Koga doesn't look old enough to have a daughter.... Does he? O_O

    I like Sabrina the best...psychic powers are awesome. :P But don't forget in the Ruby/Sapphire series, Team Magma is awesome as well.

    I really think the Rockets, and the Rocket Gym Leader are all part of One Family (with the exception of Lt. Surge, of course) Sabrina is possibly the Niece of Giovanni, while Koga is possible as Giovanni's Brother, Blaine is also a possible brother.

    I think Giovanni and Norman are related somehow. I don't know if it's just me, but I think they look a lot alike. o_O Which would make Norman, and therefore Ruby, the heir to Team Rocket! Woo!
