I think he is just stronger then Renji rather then see him as a peasent. I mean Renji is strong, just not as strong as him.

I think it was Byakuya mocking him. I can imagine his finishing comment ("Congratulations. Your fangs reached me.") said with sarcasm; in any case, I don't think Byakuya was actually congratulating him.

That's kind of stereotyping technically Yourouchi is a noble and she not not stuck up at all.

The shibas aren't a noble family to my knowledeg and if they are then that completely proves my point.

Not, because he is a noble, but beceause he is stronger. Even in eppy 63 when Hime addressed him as Byakuya with adding sensai or san made him alittle annoyed. It seems more, because he is stonger and a shinigami captain. Evewn his own sister, I bet he would have address him as either Ni-sama or Byakuya-san(that I am just guessing).

What about when he was fighting Ichigo & he had that rant about how noble family have a naturally higher reiatsu then others.

I suppose, but I think that was just trash talk. I mean Soi Fong has a high reitsu, but ask yourself would she be a match for Ichigo. Yes, but in the reality he still would win.

Yeah reiatsu isn't everything. Just look at Kenpaichi, he has a collosal reiatsu but has a limit because he can't interact with his Zanpakutou.

The reason he can't, is because he doesn't know it's name.

Well he said he doesn't have a Bankai because his Zanpakutou was already in it's final form.
