Anything with "()" on them were there but just ignore them.
Brallie Underwater:

Right outside chamber:
Dig here(d)

Sealed Chamber:
Those with courage(a)
Those with hope(d)
Open a door(d)
An eternal pok?mon waits

But we sealed the pok?mon away(d)
We fear(d) it(d)

In this cave we have lived(d)
We owe it all to the pok?mon(d)

First comes Releicanth(d)
Last comes Wailord

In Registeel's cave:
With new time, hope, and love
Aim to the sky in the middle

In Regirock's cave:
Right, right
Down, down
then use strenth(spelling?)

In Regice's cave:
Stop
Wait
and wait
again
