I think it was around Level 20 when I caught her. Now, it's a Floatzel at Lv. 38.

And as for the four topics:
Who would like Buizle in a non exsistant supersamsh bros game?

Should Buizel stay through all of Ash's journeys or just in Sinnoh?
He should take Buizel everywhere, of course! But I don't know how things will turn out, seeing that Buizel was originally Dawn's. Would they trade back in the end?

Is Buizel Ash's trump card in battle?
Could be. I haven't seen the anime, so I wouldn't know.

Who is Buizel's rival
Maylene's Lucario sounds good, maybe. How was that battle?

Meh... Ain't been too active in a while, but I have had a little time on my hands, so I made a one panel comic using my black mage buizel from a while back. There's a little rude humor in it, but nothing too obscene... Enjoy!

Christmas, hand's down. Actually, I was going to do one of Buizel in a christmas costume a few months ago, but just couldn't get it to look right, so I gave up.

It would have to be ,well since i can't swim,practice swimming with it.
It would be great to hang on its inflatable thingy.
