The Christmas Table

It's summer here in Australia, & Christmas Day is exceedingly hot. By lunchtime, NOBODY wants a large meal. xD Usually Mom, my brother, and I go to my maternal grandmother's, stay there until lunch and just eat the odd snack, and then my father takes my brother and me to my paternal grandparents, where we'd eat cold chicken, ham, salads, etc. etc. and then later have something light and then go home. Christmas for us isn't at all about celebration, more just like going to see everyone and getting presents. xP

It's usually what my stepdad feels like making. XD Or sometimes, we have a Christmas breakfast. That's really good. 8D

This year, we're having ham for dinner, and probably stuff like potatoes and stuffing and vegetables. You know, a very basic Christmas dinner. ^^

Well it depends on who house we are at. We go to my aunts house and do a nativity prayary thing and we get fed there too. Some times it is fish soup, fajitas or talmalas. The food is just random and depends on my aunts. Then there are two others that happen after Christmas with one being at my house and usallay on Christmas day. I have no idea what my parents are thinking about cooking. After the prayary thing for the ones on Christmas Eve and Christmas we open presents and yeah. It just our way of putting the reason why we have Christmas first.

WE normally have turkey 8D
Although we can never get the right size. We always make it a custom to have the turkey cooked whole, but the whole turkeys are always either too small or too big >.<
