The City of Ember

Walking to the edge of the city Keo heard sounds from the darkness and was a little afriad of what was out there. He didn't know if it could or would kill him so he kept in the light but the darkness was full of mysteries. He wondered what was there sometimes but was to scared to go. He started loading trash in the truck when he heard a small squeak. It startled him but he didn't move. He looked down and saw a small Treecko.
"Well how did you get this far? Maybe you came from the darkness. Can you talk?" Keo asked the little Treecko. The Treecko just squeaked. "I geuss not. I will take you to th compound when I head back." Keo said as he put the mudkip in the truck.

OOC: Water Pokemon don't live in Ember. ^_^
