Mwar, 56K's no problem... I have 28K at home [thankfully I'm not there now XD] and I can still browse *decently* if I tell IE to not show images ^_^

With images off, 56K'd be a breeze ^_^
It'd look awful with all those image placeholders floating about, mwar, but it'd still be useable ^_^
 
Mwar, you get disconnected too when someone calls? O_O;;

I hate that... there's something called a line splitter that can let you be on the phone and surf the net at the same time, but I don't know much more than that [like where to get one or how to install it O_O;;]
 
Really, mwar? Hmmm... whenever someone calls my place the 'net disconnects itself so they can get through if they redial a few seconds later...

Does yar dialup ever suddenly disconnect? Guess not judging by that post, mwar, but... eh.

Well, she can always see yar posts in the club at least ^_^ It's better than nothing.
 
Mwar, that's probably a call coming in. Tell your Mom and other people who regularily call to call back after a few seconds of not getting through [and subsequently wait a bit before reconnecting], and that should clear it up somewhat at least O_O;;

Does anyone in yar family have a cellphone? Mwar, if so, try calling the home phone with it when the 'net's connected. If it disconnects, then those ISP shutoffs are indeed from incoming calls jarring the datastream loose ^_^
 
Well, it doesn't botrher me none. I usually get on just as my Mom gets home. And yes, we do have cell phones, but only my Mom has hers turned on and my dad and I keep ours off.

Well, I'm leaving for the night. I bet when I come back, Claire will be on. YAY!
