because 1. it was a communication error and 2.my team will be a great help if there is ever any "clan wars".

These are the rules for this. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE RULES unless richard changes them for himself.

There will be NO UBER POKEMON used. If you do not know what an uber pokemon is. I will list them for you

Ubers - Pokemon that are too powerful in a competitive setting, and are thus banned under most conditions.

Darkrai
Deoxys (All forms)
Dialga
Giratina
Groudon
Ho-oh
Kyogre
Latias
Latios
Lugia
Mew
Mewtwo
Palkia
Rayquaza
Wobbuffet

These pokemon are NOT to be used in our battles. If they are then you will be kicked from the clan. unless agreed on BY ME to use my uber team along with yours.

There will be NO hack stat pokemon used in our battles. This is already known that if i find it. You will be removed from the clan AND you will be reported to the website.

These battles will follow standard rules, Sleep clause and double team clause. If you dont know what they are. Read my sticky on competitive rules.

I dont mind the Double team Clause but you should rethink the Sleep clause.
I dont like the Sleep clause. And If I cant battle with my ubers...well...You know that I dislike all those restrictions on things that are 'too powerful'.
I'd prefer you to allow ubers when we battle. My team has 1 uber that I use.
You could do the same. Put 1 uber into your party and we could batte.

Sleep clause is really cheap, it should always be banned, any n00bish, or foolish player could pull off an easy victory w/ infinite sleep

What purpose will Jynx have in your team? Support? Sweeper? Tank? Cause Jynx is very UU, and quite useless.. but sure it could use up some use w/ its 95 spd, but there are better Sp. Sweepers out there (Jynx is OHKO'd by almost any physical attack)

But her type mixture and decent movepool gives her advantage of any Dragon, Flying, Ground, Grass, Psychic, Ghost, Poison, and Fighting type Pokemon it can outrun.
