Can a mod please delete this thread? Thank you.

Ah, it's certainly been a while. I've been checking up on the forums for a few days now and see many new faces, along with some old ones (Hello, Fang!). For all you new faces out there, let me explain the backstory behind the set...

About a year and a half ago, I came up with what I thought would be a brilliant idea. Wanting to test my Photoshop skills (and do what I had wanted for four of five years) I decided on making a fake card set excompassing all known Pokémon. Stumbling upon the remains of good 'ol Nick15's infamous Pokémon Aaah!, I discovered he made blanks of types not used in the TCG (IE bug, ice). I decided to mix this with the ever popular dual-type cards. Not confident enough in my skills to make my own blanks, I contacted the one and only master of fakes, Fangking Omega. To my surprise (a well known blanker help a relative newbie? Pssh. As if, I thought), he was more than willing to help out.

Unfortunately, things didn't turn out as well as hoped. Shortly after the last update, my computer crashed, effectively ruining my faking career. My custom symbol sheet, customs blanks...everything, gone. Coincidently, Fang's computer contracted a virus, too, and was unable to send replacements. Left with no desire to build back what I had started, EX: Vision faded to oblivion.

However, summer boredom has kicked in, and I fully intend to get a good portion of the set done. With some time to get back in the swing of things (I tried a card...took nearly an hour, as opposed to ten-fifteen minutes in my prime), expect many more updates.

Yes, I realize some things are not correct as far as the official cards go (size, wording, etc.), but it's good enough for me, and with a set this large, don't sweat the small stuff. Think of it as my own unique style. Hey, if official stuff can change from set to set, why can't mine be any different?

So, without further ado, I proudly present, EX: Vision!

August 22nd, 2006 - More and more updated cards. Plus, a special new card. My favorite Electric 'mon, Manectric! Great art by the wonderful akelataka. UPDATE#2: Also added Mewtwo -- possibly looking to get all the Super/Ultra Rares out of the way. UPDATE#3: It's late, but still the 22nd! Put up some commons...Koffing, Mudkip, etc. These are a lot easier to dish out. Score.

    August 20th/21st, 2006 - Dyslexic DNA. Card 368/386 -- Deoxys!

August 19th, 2006 - Changed card numbers. I wanted to go for a more realistic set feel, what with Holos, Rares, Uncommons, etc. alphabetized. It'll also help with attacks and artwork (IE what I have to holo). The cards will be gradually changed to the new numbering system. Updated Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza with new art (YES!).

August 7th, 2006 - Been away on vacation. Girafarig and Pineco are up. I have about 9 or 10 cards with art (just waiting for attacks). Hopefully they'll be up soon.

    August 1st, 2006 - 'Shrooms! Paras/ect have be Visionized.

July 29, 2006 - Early in the morning, and MissingNo. is up.

July 28, 2006 - Been busy making blanks and such. I currently have about 9 or 10 cards in progress, so look for them soon. Today I unveil Gastly.

July 17, 2006 - First new cards in a year and a half. Wow. Water, ground, and air hit in the forms of Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayquaza.

January 30, 2005 - Rocks. In the form of Sudowoodo and Shuckle, of course. I'm finally about 10% done.

January 29, 2005 - A Johto invasion! Three out of four cards are Johtos. Diglett, Quagsire, Delibird, and Skarmory added. Whoo. I'm working on Energies right now.

January 11, 2005 - Updated list with edited Steelix and Registeel. Added the rest of the first legendary trio. Whoo.

January 3, 2005 - Happy New Year! Finally found the artist of Murkrow. Updated Murkrow, Steelix, and Registeel.

December 20, 2004 - An evil crow and a metal snake are now yours. New blanks!

December 12, 2004 - Blastoise, Bellsprout, Wooper, and a few more. I've had a few done for a while - just haven't uploaded them yet.

November 22, 2004 - No card today, but a booster. It may change, but I think it looks real enough. I'll be making 3 boosters - one with Mewtwo, another with Celebi, and another with Deoxys.

November 21, 2004 - Sorry for the lack of updates. I've been quite busy, actually. Updated with Zapdos! Got some great new blanks from Fang (including Water/Poison, Ice/Flying, Dark/Flying, Rock/Steel and more). Expect some awesome new cards soon! Added Tentacool as well.

November 13, 2004 - Added good 'ol Registeel. The Regis are now done. Bur!

November 7, 2004 - Finally found the Strata Strike Charmander art! Cross our little fire friend off the list. Added Regice as well - not as good as Regirock, but it's all good.

November 6, 2004 - Added Arcanine - power's a bit broken, but it's no cheaper than some of the EX cards. Added Lanturn - modified version of a card I entered into some contests.

October 26, 2004 - Added Regirock. Wanted to release all 3 Regi's at the same time, but Regice needs a-fixin' and Registeel's attacks aren't done yet. Still have at least 7 or 8 others that I'm tweaking.

October 16, 2004 - Added Pidgey thanks to Fang's awesome skills and generosity. Also, a few of you have either IMed or PMed me asking if I was done with the set (due to the week absence of a new card). Nope, I just got sick. Bad (with pneumonia). So I will definitely kick off Round 2 of EX: Vision!

Well, with mucho help from the Fangking, I am well-equipped to start EX: Vision. As you may have read, this is the first set of its kind. It encompasses every known type of Pokémon into card form.

Yay! You finally came! I love the set and I can't wait till you complete it!

Yep, I finally came, King Shuckle. Thanks for telling me about this grand 'ol place! I'm quite glad to be here. And thanks for your comments about the set. :)

And don't worry lugia65 - I have plans for many Johto Pok?mon in the future.

Hey, cool cards and nice idea! I can't wait to see Deoxys, why don't you make all Uknown Deoxys Spinda and Castform forms? That would be cool!

Spinda's spot forms are random, so there would be over a hundred-thousand Spinda forms

31^6 amount of different Spinda spots to be precise, due to IVs.

    Have to love all of those cards *_* I want to use Registeel in my deck (talk about immense drawing power with superior tanking ability~) What the heck... Just call that thing imbalance >>; 110 hp basic steel type with drawing power like that will be stuck on every single deck, then everyone will be using fire decks... poison Pokemon are just gone O.o; I'll rather see Magnetism with no "draw 1 card" if it's tail, or change the attack cost to 2 steel energy O.o;

As for charmeleon, I thought that the "more expensive (energy-wise) attacks" are closer to the bottom, so should the two attacks flip place then?

    Just a comment on "boring" cards... personally, I just think that it's rather more neat if there's a few cards that are "boring" with "uncreative" attacks... if everything is to be super-cool and super-original, then gurantee 50% of all those attacks ended up being broken in one way or another. I'll rather see an occassion "no secondary effect , just damage" type of attacks or some that are just the basic flip coin, if heads, status effect kinda thing... the "boring attacks" are part of the balance o.o;

Yeah... I'm strange (btw, I don't know anything about fake card makings... I just like to drool over the art and only comment on the attacks/card balance if it's a real card)

Spinda's spot forms are random, so there would be over a hundred-thousand Spinda forms

Basicaly there are just 10 forms...
Anyway Charizard is so poor... That was my previous wallpaper

    Every so great~
    Awesome job!
    *Wants the Registeel~ xD*

    Now, just one thing.
At Regice, instead of "does 20 damage to itself", I think it had to be "put 2 damage counters on Regice". Ya know, it has resistance to Ice, so 20 damage = nothing~

LOL Casty XD; I think Regice is actually intended to be that way. Afterall, all 3 Regis in this set are meant to be broken XD

Regirock- uber paralyze stall (free from energy cost!) Hahaha you don't even need to be the active Pokemon to activate it. Throw 4 of these babies on your bench for a 94% stun and go burn their deck to kill them ;p

Registeel- uber draw power! One steel energy for drawing power your supporter cards can never provide~ Stall with this guy out while drawing a heavenly lot of cards. When Registeel dies, unleash all your superpowered Pokemon with 10 backup supporting cards in your hand XD

With such powerful brothers, Regice is already terribly weak... lowest hp, and 3 basic energy for 50 damage plus stun is relatively not-ubar-enough in comparison with the other Regis

    XD

Now if these cards are real, everyone will be using just some method out there for disabling Poke-power, or paralyze-immune or something ^^

Roselia could defeat Regirock... In a very lucky game~ xD

The Regice thign was porpusual? So ist the worst Regicard we ever saw... ITS NOT BROKEN~! xD

But yep, frosty said it at all and blah blah~ o.O

Nice work.I would like to se the whole set.

Ah, I love to see people enjoy my cards. Especially when they analyze them as if they were real cards. After all, that's where the fun of faking comes into play.

    Thanks for the comments, guys!

P.S. Frostweaver is right. I wanted to make the Regi's broken. Not only are they legendary Pok?mon in the game, they are also super rare in the set. So a little brokeness never hurt anyone, did it? :P

New cards up, guys. Diglett, Quagsire, Delibird, and Skarmory.
