Bulbasaur IS Grass/Poison. I personally checked it on my game.

Neither of us is an expert on contest or battling strategies, so we can't really put any of that there.

We don't have Colosseum pictures anyway, but the reason we would rather keep the gameboy sprites is that spriters will appreciate having them.
 
Bulba is definitely Grass/Poison. *huggles her Bulbasaur* o_O @ the code thing... I found it! "overflow: scroll"
