Issue: "The Connection has timed out"

    I always get a "Connection has timed out message whenever I go to this site, yet when I go to another computer outside my home or use a proxy, it's working fine, and I can access other sites without trouble. Is there any way to fix this?
     
    Yep, it's a known issue. Have you accessed a theme called "Snivy's Holiday" before you weren't able to connect to PC? If you did, what you should do is get your IP address from https://www.whatismyip.org and PM it to Rukario so he can unblock you. I guess accessing that theme at the time caused some kind of security issue and the server to block your IP. Don't worry, the same thing happened to quite a few people.
