1279, well tehe oldest confirmed person was 122 years old and i think 134 days. She was french. wone lady named Sarah Knauss died on December 30 1999, she was 119, she was the oldest confiremd american and second oldest ever if the case Satoshi something (not Tiraji) Id was confused with his brotehrs making him 105 and not 120 when he died. Anyways centariens are getting more common, supercenntariens (110+) are still very rare. Only 50 or so confirmed cases I believe.
The oldest confirmed man was 115, this puerto Rican guy was a couple months short of breaking the record. Since the death of Elizabeth Bolden in October the oldest person alive title has changed 4 or 5 times.

And yes i've memorised all that.

Edit: oldest person alive today is Edna Parker at 114.

And how could I forget the oldest documented person was in the bible was Methusela (Naoh's grandfather) at 969 (adam supposedevly lived until 930). These were in the times before we were punished for our sins with reduced life.
