Oh, it's definitely not dial-up. I have to use the neighbor's wireless to connect to the Internet. Yay for being a mooch! XD
Problem is, the wireless is mostly unstable. I was getting disconnected a lot, but it seems to have settled now.
The Internet is the only thing I miss about being on campus. XD Oh, well. I need to enjoy spring break.
