I have Windows XP for this computer and it works great fine. I don't like the newer Vista computers these days, no offence to the ones who likes the newer ones.

XP absolutely does not suck at all!

I've had mine for about 4 years and it has been working perfectly ever since the first day.
 
XP is much better than Vista, Vista is a giant headache apperantly

and for the record, My XP is really great, I would rather have it over Vista
 
Cool,

My Dad bought a Vista computer and it took him ages to set it up and to get the internet on it. Plus the Vista versions of Word ect, have stuff hidden and moved around which is a pain to find your way around.

Actually, they could hack into your online bank account and steal ALL your money! HA HAHA HA!!

... but they'd be relying on the fact that you own an online account. If not, they can only swing power leads at you like high-on-pepsi failed ninjas. :P

XP works just fine, I prefer it to Vista because some features that I used on XP are hidden. I can never seem to navigate myself around the thing! XP is a classic. Like GT40's.

I have Vista on my laptop and XP on my comp. I do miss the multi tab option when I switch to PC, it makes everything more neater. But other than that, I'd chose XP over Vista until an insanley awesome better version comes out thats worth investing in.

Who cares what Windows version you use anyway? (Unless its 95, like some companies STILL own!) :P

It only took me about an hour to get my computer with Vista up and with internet.

Though, I admit, it was a bit more tricky doing so than with my older computer.
 
I personally don't want to upgrade to Vista very much after hearing all the stuff about it. :\

XP is fine with me and I don't feel like upgrading.
 
I would rather stick with XP becuase its simple to use and doesn't cause me any problems, so I'm happy now

Yeah, you might as well get it when you need to really. Soon computers wont be able to take XP i bet. Like they cant take some old games made for older versions of Windows.
 
Using Vista only caused me any problems when I first started using it, and that was largely due to misinformation from my ISP, which was solved fairly quickly once I had realised what was going on.

Oh, and my webcam no longer works.

But apart from that, it's all shiny and nice.

I like the new office because its shiny and new, but I wouldn't buy Vista, I would just upgrade the office stuff.
 
I have Vista, only because I bought my new laptop last year with Vista on it. Otherwise, I don't think I'd actually physically get Vista.

I loved my Windows Office 2007, but adlgskfhdf;... the trial ran out. :< Everything looks so nice on Vista buuuut looks aren't everything.

Yeah this is the same reason I got Vista. Wouldnt have it otherwise.

But, Vista will be more commonly used as the years go on. Itll eventually be worthy of getting. Microsoft will do a few different versions.

Probably true.

I mean, once it's the only thing newer computers will be sold with, you'd think that Microsoft would make it better in one way or another.

Well... That, or Vista will continue to be worse than XP and everyone will switch over to Mac's, thus putting Microsoft out of the computer business for good.

I'm hoping for scenario one. D:
