Those two accounts have completely different IPs. American ones both, yeah, but unless I'm much mistaken they're from two completely different states, so unless Chibi has used her 1337 hacking skills and usurped control over a computer somewhere in New York just to confuse you, I don't really see how they could be the same person. x.O
