Not really, Lightning has been staff for a good while.
Also most of the people who have been here for a while and have the highest post counts aren't staff.

I have never understood the "omgmypostcountmustbeeleventybajillionxinfinity" thing. Over the years and around the net, I've seen a lot of people who are just nutty over post count. If someone happens to have a high post count, than booyah! Great for them. But my opinion's going to depend on what they're saying, not how often they're saying it. I'm glad a lot of people I've talked to on PC get that. It's so refreshing. |D;

No it's not;), she has been a staff for a weary long time, and it has nothing to do with her postcount, it has probably more to do with her being helpful and weary fun and mature.

I'd like to agree with that, but the reason Lightning is where she is is due to her giant Pichu collection. If you have a collection of over +100 things of Pokemon, you are automatically considered for staff.
