Thats actually CSS from my Sailor Moon Otaku Senshi fansite. It's fairly simple compared to some. I imagine sig CSS would be much much simpler.

BBcode CSS = easy peasy lemon squeezy. Actually, I find that doing this is actually easier than making lemon juice.
