At least I'm assuming so, because there was one instance whereas I got sick out of nowhere and it was really really hot. So the temperature has to be sort of balanced for me to feel well. It could feel cold, and it could feel hot, and sometimes it could be to the extreme, but not for long durations.

Oh. That happens to my mom sometimes.
Just try eating more fruits and vegetables and lots of vitamin C. I'm pretty sure it's just from a lack of vitamins. If that doesn't work, see a doctor about it.
