You let me know if he does anything...
D: I wasn't even being mean she acted like I should have known. She was the one who called me a jerk for saying "Good for him." D:<

Well yes, better than the Green Beret's no? :O
United States Army Special Forces are actually of equal quality to the SAS. It's just that the SAS has been around longer.

The SAS was first established in 1941, dissolved in 1945, and then reestablished in 1947; the Green Berets were first established in 1952 and were a development of several other American unconventional warfare traditions (the Office of Strategic Services comes to mind).

On the topic of war and America and everything...

Hetalia is an epic show, I just marathoned it. If you know your World History, this show's pretty epic and points.

I'd never heard of Hetalia before, so I looked it up, and it seems to have an awesome premise. :D

Shame I get virtually no anime here. XD;;

Why can't we make both love and war, that's the question I really want answered.

BTW, Jack, haven't seen you in a long while. How've you been?
Haven't seen you in a long while either. Considering the current state of affairs here, I've been better.

What's so wrong about being a little older? O.o Or being the same age as your brother?

I'm an only child, it's friends saying he's the same age as their brothers.

I'm 20, and he's 16 - turning 17 in a month. Which is legal in the UK, absolutely fine, but apparently not socially acceptable to some people.

If you saw us stood next to each other, you'd think I was the younger one 8D

The only reason it sounds socially unacceptable right now is that when you're younger, age gaps look worse. If you guys hadn't met online, I wonder if you would've hit it off as well initially. :O It's much easier to ignore an age gap if you know someone mostly through text at first. (And especially through fandom!) But I find irl it's a bit more awkward just because the typical stuff you talk to people about is usually standard like school or work and if they're juuust young enough that they can't relate (or vice versa) then it's kinda weird. And that's probably just the only way your friends see it.

But in a year or two the gap will mean nothing anyway. XD; Four years is nooothing when everyone's a little older, haha. Even ten years doesn't seem weird between most adults.

Oh yes. Friend of mine had a 28 old boyfriend when she was 15. Thats too much, I think. And now she is 17 and has a 26 year old boyfriend. I was about to ask that guy whats wrong with him, but he is not really acting his age, more like a 20 year old, and she acts older than she actually is. So...weird but okay. After you get used to it. xD

Yeah 28 and 15 sounds really ridiculous but... 17 and 26 not quite as much. XD It's really weird.

Like, the differences between a 3 and 4 year old are huuuge but then later on, 14 and 15 seem like practically the same age.

The Daily Lazy Chat is it now? XD Age gaps can be awkward if you make a thing of it but not really.. :3

One or two years older is actually good.If the boy is older.

Because it is weird to be older as a girl. In my opinion. Speaking from experience.

I've never found it overly strange one way or the other. :( If the age gap is large enough to be awkward, it's weird either way.

Mind you I've never paid much mind to gender roles so...

I've never really thought much of age gaps. Anyone mind If i change the subject?
Did anyone see the new Alice in Wonderland trailer? It's looks good. ;)

I haven't yet. I'm interested because it's gonna be in digital 3D. :> I'm mostly interested because it's a Burton film meaning I'm pretty sure Danny Elfman will be doing the score. *_*

Looking into it, though, it really has quite the cast. XD;
