Anyways I haven't heard anything of that sort from any of my family members, so it's probably just in your state or country.
No offense but when I saw this I laughed. Loans come from banks. Banks have a lot less money now and do not give as many loans. They have bumped up requirements. Every bank has. There has been an issue about loans? I can understand money, but haven't heard about any issues with loans.
