I see dairy, wheat, and vitamins in the food itself right there.
I know how you feel. I'm only fourteen and yet sometimes, I feel so lazy so I just grabbed the nearest snack. I've taught myself not to do that anymore, I've been trying to eat really healthy and It's helping my lifestyle and my little acne is clearing up.I am very lazy and it's... really annoying to go to all the trouble of making a meal just for yourself. If we don't have fixings for a sandwich, I usually won't put any more effort into making anything. So I'll just grab snacks instead.
Definitely wouldn't do that all the time though--ugh it'd be so unhealthy. x_X;
Oh, that must be harsh. My latest test told me that I'm the average weight for a person my age.I have a problem with undereating - I gotta kind of force myself to eat.
But it's not because of Anorexia (mainly because people who are Anorexic also think they are overweight, which I know I'm not). Meh.
Yeah I know. I still say I am just..obese/overweight and have muscle. :|Wouldn't you... not really need a doctor to know if you're morbidly obese? Seems like one of those things that would be kind of obvious. o_O; Wonder how they came up with that diagnosis then.
That's true in most places. However if your body is used to constantly having food stuffed down it and you just stop it will burn the fat.There's a misconception that rarely eating will cause you to lose weight and eating a lot will cause you to gain weight. Actually, not eating at much as you should causes your body to convert most of what you do eat into fat and hold onto it for as long as possible.
But you also have to consider that when you starve, your body eats EVERYTHING it can. Not just fat. People who are anorexic look 10x worse than someone who is obese.
Yes, but technically it does work.Well, of course if you're anorexic your body is going to eventually use up your fat storages, but it is going to attempt to use as little energy as possible from those storages for the sole reason of not wanting to run out.
True, but my original post was aimed towards normal people and not towards extreme examples considering the majority do not suffer from anorexia nervosa. Had I known it was going to be brought up, I would have been more specific. My apologies.Yes, but technically it does work.
