I've had glasses since 3rd grade, and my eyesight is pretty horrible now without them =| If I take my glasses off I can barely see what I'm typing.

My eyes aren't that bad, I just can't read street names and addresses (Plus, Eyemaster's was having a clearance sale on frames). I was just amazed at how much sharper everything is when I put on my glasses.

Yeah, same with my dad. He's weird though; he needs glasses because he sees too well. He can read a street sign from say 30 meters away, but not from 10. It's kinda messed up. ;p

...So your father is farsighted. That is not exactly a rare condition, so what is so "messed up" about that?

Horrible? Pirates of the Caribbean is the only decent thing to come out of Disney since forever.
But they have left it a fair while to release a fourth movie.

But you know what, just forget it. That is hardly anything unusual...not like seeing a sequel to a trilogy.

Well, I'm just throwing this out there but maybe the fact that if you don't notice say a street sign 100 meters ahead you'll probably miss it and therefore take a wrong turn perhaps? I don't know about you but I wouldn't be too impressed if that happened to me. :/

And genital herpes isn't exactly a rare condition either, yet a lot of people would classify that as 'messed up'. So I don't quite see your point there.
