I'll listen to Linkin Park when i do essays. it gets me pumped up so i do it faster. the words just flow wheni m listening to music.

Yeah, I'd usually have the music going. I'll try to promise myself not to let the same thing happen again this coming semester, but I am probably lying to myself. XD
I've been saying this to myself at the start of every school year for the last... 13 years? XD It never works.

Lol XD Yeah I tend to listen to music that doesn't have lyrics, that way I won't get too distracted. Plus some of it can be pretty motivational. XD

I love listening to music while I work. My friend and I had a "Calculus" playlist that we'd put on while we did Calc assignments.

It had like final boss battle music from video game OSTs, the Pokémon themes, Disney songs, and all this other dorky music. It made every assignment so much more fun. (I still associate one song from the Little Mermaid with integration by parts. XD)

Kids at my scholl get in trouble and get there ipods taken away they bring there ipods to school and listen to then during study hall.

I realy enjoy listening to music while im studying, but iim stupid enoughto bring my ipod to school.

And if i did, i would hide it in my jackey pocket andput my hair down so noone can see the headphones, not put it out in the open for so all the teachers can see. some of the kids at my scholl are seriously retarted when it come to hiding things and keeping secrets.

Edit: every assignment is more fun when your listening to ...
'YOU GEt THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS'
LOL ^_^

Haha, we weren't allowed iPods in high school either but some teachers enforced the rules and others just didn't care.

Like my senior-year philosophy teacher--omg she was the best. That was the year Diamond and Pearl came out here and she honestly didn't care that my friend and I would spend most of the class playing it since she knew that, during discussions, we were listening and would often set down our DSes to shoot down some of the stupid things people said. 8) Maaaan almost all my friends were in that homeroom class. I miss it so much. D:

Yah, My sceince teacher could careless what we did as long as we looked like we were working quote:
"I dont care what you do, its your grades, just look like your doing work."
So me and my friends (we get good grades so we dont care) bring are ipods and a couple of people own platinum so we chat using wi-fi in class.

Some teachers are completely awesome.
Me and my other two friends were our English teacher's favourite, so when we had finished the work she said we could do whatever we wanted, read/fall asleep/whatever. She always let us off if anything happened, and she didn't say anything when she knew we weren't listening.

Ohh I loved being one of the favourites. In my school, the French hallway (where all the French classes are) was scary. The French teachers were known for being particularly anal about everyone being in uniform, no running or talking in the hallways, don't be wandering outside of class, etc. So people usually avoided them and dreaded having to be in that area.

...but I took French all the way through high school, so the French teachers loved me. In grade 12, I'd constantly walk down that hallway to my geometry class while wearing a black jacket instead of a school sweater, or my friend would have a brightly coloured shirt under his uniform polo and wouldn't get written up for it because he was walking with me... it was awesome. XD; Sometimes during a spare (and... while I was skipping class or something XD), we'd be walking down that hall and she'd come out to scold us and, instead, just end up talking to us and ignoring her class for a bit ahahaha.

Similarly, that same friend was the favourite of our geometry teacher (who didn't like girls in his math classes because math was not a girl's subject 9_9) and I swear to god the only reason I did so well in that class was because he thought I was going out with my friend so it put me in good standing.

lol favouritism. :')

I bring mt ipod and DS to gym, because all you need to do is show up anyway so 'shrugs'. Ill play my ds, text my friends, listen to my ipod and my teacher doesnt care.

and my gym teacher is awsome he lets do whatever since half of are class is practically overweight, and they cant do anything withou getting so tired the half to sit for 15 min.

There needs to be a class specificly for fat people.

My boy friend is like all the teachers favorite (he's so quiet), so when ive become loved by all my teachers now.

He's like quiet and cool, and collected that all the teachers are just like attracted to him like a magnet. and my gym teachers loves him because he's the only kid in all of his classes that has a 6pack (My BF says he got it from using my gym teachers techniques) 'rolls eyes' he such a suck up.

My English teacher liked me because I was the only one who worked in class. XD

And all the language teachers let me get away with loads because I was in a group of people who were their favourites. XD; One used to bring us cake and chocolate every time we had his class. ;D

LOL, i had a teacher once that would bring like three hershey bars and eat all them infront of us. her class was before lunch so it was pure torture.

My teacher certaintly loved them. ugh, bad memories of her eating them. she was so overweight.
