I'm not too great at dealing with frustration either. It all gets to me too quickly. :[
Yeah. I'm so used to things coming to be naturally, that when they don't, it really gets to me. I know it's irrational and immature, but it's an emotional response that, unfortunately, will probably have to be dampened by experience.

I seem to always get a few man tears at the same part in Four Brothers, too. Where they argue on the frozen lake.

I've never seen that movie. Is it good?

Well, I'm used to things more so naturally than being forced upon me, but I guess it's something we all have to go through.

I play video games with explosions, violence, blood and gore when the stress gets to me. But, in all honesty, nothing gets me over stress better than a laugh session or unusual distraction.

Yes at Four Brothers being a good movie.

Yeah. :s Ideally, I suppose, frustration is supposed to be a motivator to solve a problem. Emotions, in small doses, seem to all have a rational basis. Fear, for example, is a defensive measure to protect from danger. It's just when they become excessive. :<

At least psychologically, laughter probably is the best medicine. :3

I suppose I should watch it then, huh?

It is easily the best medicine. Fear was meant to be conquered.

No arguments there. ;D

Not all fear. ;D Feign uses quite a good scale for fear - at one end is cowardice, where you are fearful of everything; at the other end is rashness/delusional, where you are not scared enough of things that can legitimately hurt you. Courage is somewhere in the middle, where you're not afraid to leave your comfort zone and conquer some fear, but you know your limits.

I disagree with this courage bit being in a 'fear' spectrum.

I think 'intimidation' would be in the middle.

To be brave, to show courage, are not exclusive to fear, but to situations.
Fear as a feeling is not a situation. All it is is an invasive realization amongst ones comfort zone. Ego, self-esteem, and self-distraction are capable of turning back 'fear'.
