Pair-wise. But non-pairs can enter the discussion too, and, discounting people coming in and attempting to find an impartial/dispassionate solution, your supporters will probably outnumber mine. XD (A guess, of course, since I can't see the size of your friends list. :P)

In any case, any side having an unfair advantage I would disagree with.

So last night I went afk to call a girl and play her a song and talk to her all night long (=P) and I totally forgot to sign off of everything. XD; So this morning I had a million IMs on facebook and MSN of people saying "HEY! WHY DON'T YOU ANSWER ME!? D: YOU HATE ME!" etc, etc. -__-"
