im assuming it raises speed
 
headed on had to find a filler poke to give TM, I had an old breeding project that you might like to use

hey guys. whats going on tonight?

also, im looking towards fixing the EV spread on my magmortar (i forget what nature he is, he's already at 100), but i noticed we don't have any EV trainers on here. >.> any help?
 
if hes at 100 thats all u can do
 
ummm i know a bit about that but what would i have to do?
 
do i have to get them to 100? or just give them the ev's they want?
