Ok, Jimmy didnt do it, Spinner and some other guy and some other girl did it. Rick accidentaly shot himself, so Rick wasnt living long enough to be expelled.
 
Ok...here goes...Spinner,JAy,and Alex poured the paint on Rick (GEEK FREAK) Then the same day Rick came back to school with a gun...That is because he heard Spinner and Jay saying that Jimmy was the one who poured the paint on him. So Rick walked over to Jimmy talked to him then pulled out the gun...Jimmy is like wow whats going on...Rick tells jimmy that he was the one who poured the paint on him...then he shut his eyes and pulled the rigger hiting Jimmy in the back. Then Rick headed to Emma (because he thought Emma loved him and he REALLY liked her then she told him she only had pity for him not love him) the he pointed the gun at Emma (who was with Sean and Toby) Sean tried to calm Rick down the Rick pointed the gun at Emma. Sean grabed Ricks arm and the gun went off...And that is how the eppy ends...Then on the next eppy it turns out that Rick shot himself (on accident). Sean is fine Emma and Toby as well. Spinner feels like crap that Jimmy got shot and He tells Jay about he is going to tell....Well then all hell brakes loose between them. ALex is a badgirl turned somewaht good now that her Marco and Paige are hanging out...There ya go...Do you get in now?
