do you have an arceus for trade??? like a low level one possibly shiny i am new to pokemon so i dont have much but i got some stuff
 
yes we do
but the only way i know of getting a low level shiny one is through hacking which no one here on pokecommunity does. most event arceus are around level 100 so unless you find someone willing to hack you are out of luck on that
