The dragons. Saga number one: The begining

I woke up along with ruby, just as the mall opened up again. I quickly stuffed the quilt away. and along with ruby, we dashed to the food court, where, remembering we hadn't eaten anything decent in 3 days, we quickly snatched some burgers and Jell-o, and then we ran out of the mall, still holding the food..
 
"Don't know." I said. I couldn't stop staring at her in her new dress, it really accented her beauty. Finally my stomach rumbling reminded me I hadn't eaten in days. " I guess we go eat." I said. "This is a city, so there's bound to be plenty of fast food spots around."
 
Nat smiled as her own stomach rumbled. "Alright, let's go!" she said, shifting nervously as she noticed Jack's stare.

Cal let out a low growl of warning, earning him a playful smack from Nat.
 
I blushed when I realized how rude I was beingand especially when i gto caught. I picked up the pace to keep up and helped lok for a burger king or something.

ooc:just a message to everyone else. I'll be in Chicago starting Monday until next weekend and won't be able to get up here during that time. For that reason, I've left Mew13 in control of my characters. Continue on, and I'll et back up here as soon as possible.
 
Nat saw some burger joint or another up ahead. She pointed to it, smiling.

"There's one!" she said, entering with a smile.

She ordered a fruit and yogart parfet, then ordered another, as she had almost forgotten about Cal. (The two are vegitarians, remember) She then waited for Jack and Crimson to order.

OOC: I'll wait till tomorrow to start controlling your charas, Pogi.
 
ooc: That's good, cause I hadn'y realized I ahdn't clarified that earlier. :D

ic: I ordered a cheese burger and a V8. Crimson got a double Cheeseburger. As much as I wanted to eat Vegitarian like Nat so as not to bother her, I just couldn't deny the good taste of a cheese burger.
 
IC: As me and ruby ran away from the mall, we stuffed our faces with the jello and burgers we took. Then, feeling much better, we looked around the city. Noticeing a clothing store that had a fountain near it, I got an idea, and grabbing a butterfly net some kid dropped, I fished out all of the coins that were in there, and i was shocked to see that some of the coins were pure gold, and smileing, I put the money in my pocket, which suddenly felt like it weighed a ton, and staggering into the clothing store, I looked for a new outfit, thinking, 'I sure hope I get enough change to by some food. I hated clothes shoppiung before, and I always will..'...


OOC: Erm, pogi, just because you get to a different state, doesn't mean you should hold your characters in someone else' hands. I mean, remember, I thought I couldn't get on the internet where I was, but I could!!XD
 
OOC: In advance, sorry for DPing!!XD


IC: As I looked around, I saw a green shirt, white pants, and a white trenchcoat for sale. Looking at my current condition, I shurgged, and thought, "Oh well. I might a well get a new look, after all, I could use something new.", and grabbing all the clothes, I tryed them on, and feeling satisfied, I bought them, and changed into them back in the dressing room. After I threw away my old clothes, I looked at my new outfit, and remarked, "Well, at least there's not a huge hole in the right sleve like my old trenchcoat." , and then, pulling out the change I received, I found just enough for some soup. As I walked out of the store, Ruby followed me, confused for the moment.....

OOC: Pogi and I discussed me controlling his characters, and we've got it all worked out. I'm not one to do anything crazy without his knowledge... Anywho

BIC: Nat flinched slightly as she saw Crimson and Jack tear in to their cheesburgers, her mind momentarilly wondering what living soul they were consuming...

She shook herself mentally, ahsamed. She knew she was being rude, so she merley mixed up the parfaits and allowed Cal to eat one. She picked at hers a bit before actually eating it.

Cal smiled as he dove into his parfait. He found the combination of strawberries, blueberries, and yogurt delicious. "Yum!" he said, breaking the silence that had settled on them.
 
OOC: Well, it's good bye pogi... :( ..hello Mew13!! :P


IC: As I walked through the metroplois, I finally found Nat and Jack. (Hey, that rhymed!!XD) I momentarily blushed at seeing Nat in her beautiful dress, then said, "Erm..Uh..", and because I couldn't get my eyes off Nat, I said, "Erm, uh.. I gotta get something to eat too!!", and ran inside. Ruby landed near Cal, and turning to Nat, he shrugged.
 
Nat shifted uncomfortably again, not used to all this attention. She was a very shy girl, and didn't really know how to react to this.

Cal let out another growl of warning to Ruby. Obviously indicating he wouldn't tolerate anyone harming Nat.

Jack noticed Matt's (I think) stare. He finished his cheesburger, watching Crimson finish his.

The dragon looked up to Nat. "Got any of those strawberries left?" he asked, bouncing with anticipation.

Nat handed the dragon one, and he sucked on it contentedly.
 
In response to Cal's growl, Ruby looked at him dully, then roared an unearthly roar. Then, spreading his wings, he flew to the top of the burger king (Please don't sue me!!XD), and fell asleep on the flag pole that was near Nat, jack, and their dragons, with his tail wrapped around the pole, like a possum.



Meanwhile, in the sky resturaunt, the most expensive resturaunt in the entire city, the evil tamer, and his green dragon, ate a very expensive meal of..asparagus, brocili, spinach, and all the leafy foods...
 
The roar didn't even faze Cal. The sepentine dragon merely licked the cup his parfeit had come in.

Nat looked around to see where Matt had gotten too.

IC: Ruby yawned, showing his rows of sharp teeth, then went back to sleep..

I began to choose the best cheeseburgers they had, but then, as I thought of Nat again and how beautiful she looked, I instead choose their best veggieburgers..

Meanwhile, at the sky resturaunt, the evil tamer and his dragon stood at the sky garden, where there was many exotic plants, all in splendid condition. "These plants looked well kept." The tamer said, and turning to his green dragon, he said, "Broomshwift, you know what to do.", and the Green dragon said, "Right."

Turning to the flowers, the dragon closed his eyes, and opened his mouth, revealing green-stained teeth made to eat only vegtables, then, suddenly, the plants in the sky garden reached their full potential. They bloomed into huge, beautiful flowers, and they almost seemed to reach for the sky. Smileing, the Tamer said, "We may go now, broomshwift.", and nodding, the green dragon followed him down the stairs to the bottom of the sky resturaunt..
 
OOC: well, be upset if you desire, but as for the moment I see no way to include my charecter in the story, and as for Shiney, he followes my charecter around, I gave you all the perfect opportunity to force my charecter to drop her evil side, and even though she had launched a thunder assult at you, I was still ignored so I've been burning my time talking to my friends. also, when I'm refered to as FT, there is no underscore.
 
Nat finished the parfait in front of her and though breifly of the two tamerless dragons. She wondered where they were... and how they were faring.

She smiled at Cal, stroaking his furry head. She thought herself to be the luckiest girl in the world right then, finally having a friend who she knew would stick by her side always.
 
I went to a table farthest away from Nat, in a feeble attempt to stop thinking about her, and began to eat my Veggie burgers..


Ruby woke up, and stretched to right in front of Nat's face, and opening his four eyes, he said, "Boo.".


The Vine green outfited tamer and his dragon began to exit the resturaunt, when the manager came up to them, and said, "Hey, freeloader!! Pay the bill or you're gonna go into the big house!!", and in response, the tamer smirked, and said, "Oh, is that so??", and threw the rose he held all the time at the man, and it stabbed his shoulder. Kneeling down in pain, the man gripped his shoulder, and said, "Oh, you're in big trouble now.".


The Tamer laughed, and said, "Broomshwiftt, you know what we do in these situations.", and nodding, the dragon held out his hands, and suddenly, a circle of flowers surrounded them, and gave off a strange fragrence that made them unable to be seen. The manager gasped in shock as the dragon then conjured up six huge vines that circled the man. Grinning, the Tamer then yelled, "DIE!!", and the vines were up on point, and then stabbed downward, into the man, and he could only utter a scream as the vines stabbed him into peices, and then, the vines chucked his remains all over the city, and then, they dissapeared, but not before repairing the pavement they previously broke through. The Tamer and Broomshwift walked out of the barrier, and walked to the peir..
 
"Boo to you too!" Nat said happily as she threw her tray away. She spotted Matt on a far table, and wondered why he was all the way over there.

She walked over to him, throwing all shyness behind her. "What are you doing way back here?" she asked, a smile playing on her lips.

Cal followed, his muscles slightly tense, though he relaxed once he was back on Nat's shoulder.

Jack looked up to see that Nat had left. Crimson looked dissapointed that there would be no strawberries.

"Eat too many of those and you'll get fatter than you already are!" Jack said, seemingly reading the dragon's mind.

"Uh uh!" Crimson replied defiently.
 
Ruby was startled for a minnute as Nat picked up her tray, thinking she was going to hit him with it. Spreading his wings, he clumsily flew to the side, banking. However, he never tried it before, so his wings were smashing into all types of things. Ruby still carrened around, however, and suddenly, he carrend into the ground, and dazed, he crawled up a building with his claws, and getting to the top of the building that was right next to the burger king, he sighed in releif, and watched Nat and me.

Seeing Nat so close to me, I began to turn beet red, then ran as fast as I could, until I was at least five blocks away from the burger king. "What is wrong with me today!?" I asked to myself, flapping myself...


The Tamer and Broomshwift, once they reached the pier, jumped off of it, into the ocean...
 
Nat shifted nervously, watching Matt practically fly from the burger joint. She scuffed her foot, glowering at Cal's slightly satisfied look.

She walked back to where Jack was sitting, a frown on her face. "Wonder what's up with him..." she murmered.

"Dunno," Jack murmered back, tickling his dragon's tummy.

"Maybe we should go find him. It's best we stick together after all..."

"Right!" Jack agreed, rising from the table.

The two exited, eventually finding Matt and Ruby.

"Hey, wait up!" Jack cried, waving furiously at the boy and dragon ahead of them.
