Okay were do I get eevee from because it says that I receive a Eevee in Hearthone city and I've talked to everyone there so far and still no eevee

Another question where do I get a Dawn stone from and a Snorunt?

Routes 216 & 217, Lake Acuity Surrounding is where you can find Snorunt

Mt. Coronet (North). Surf across the southern pool of water to find it. A second Dawn Stone can be found near the end of Route 225, by a field of grass. Use Rock Climb to scale up to a ledge and fight the Dragon Tamer guarding it. Requires Rock Climb.

You can also get Eevee from the Pokemon Mansion as well on specific days.
