Ofcourse they r strong the r Legendary pokemon no 1 commands them.Like i said in the prev post "supposedly" that means pokemons that r used in pokemon battles.Legendary pokemon r not used in battles.
If u like legendary pokemons there is a LEGENDARY POKEMON club search 4 it and join it
