The part where Eragon and Saphira had different chapters wasn't that bad, I don't think. The Nasuada chapters, though, were another story. They were just so boring and without *any* action. As were the Ellesmera chapters where Eragon forged his sword. So boring.

I thought the Glaedr parts were extremely well written, though. Poor Glaedr, all alone and depressed ):

I just borrowed the Eragon movie dvd from my friend. I'm gonna watch it when I have time and energy :) Everyone who has seen it seems to detest it though xD

Btw, about dragons. Look at the cute dragon in my signature :3 Tiz clickable! Dunno if it does any good to me or that dragon but... we like to click things xD
 
i agree, i almost closed it when is saw the cover... zar'roc 's ruby was sapphire colored?

And when he went to save Arya, he rode to Gil'ead castle in like a minute and just appeared at the chamber.
 
Don't even get me started on the movie. I can't even stand to think about it. I paid extra money to go to the first showing, too. :x Didn't follow the book at all. I don't think anybody even bothered reading the book ... or the Spark Notes.
 
xD Alright seems like it's a bad idea to watch it. Even the owner of the film warned me, come to think of it xD

Are there 4 books out now by the way? I've only seen three in stores here, the latest being Brisingr (wasn't that the word Eragon says when doing magic?) [/pretty clueless since she hasn't read the books for quite a while]
 
Sadly, the fourth book hasn't been released yet. Wiki doesn't have a date yet, either.

What do you guys think the book will be called? I'm betting on Empire, myself, because that's what I thought the 3rd one was going to be but then Paolini split it up into 2 books.

Empire as well here, I watched a clip of him and he said he split the book up into two and made it the inheritance cycle.
 
Yeah, i think its been released that its empire? Im not sure but i think the green dragon will be on it, instead of shruken or whatever the black dragon is called
 
The title of the last book??? Truely I have no idea. I saw A copy of a book named empire on the net with a green dragon but I think it was a favk as it looked like a recolour of Glader.

P.S: The movie is AWFUL!!!! I own a copy of it and IM tempted to smash it into a million bits as it sucks so badly! I spent £20 on it the day it hit the shops too!!! Its a rip off!!!!
 
Yeah, sorry I haven't been on again. I was banned this time. Homework overtook me and have had to catch up. Yeah. I have no ideas for topics at the moment. Free talk session until tomorrow.
 
I'm notr sure people are even visiting this place anymore. I will probably close this, unless it gets more posts.

EDIT: THis is now becoming a social group. No one posts here and I check it everyday (when I'm allowed on).
