    Edit: I think thunder fang would be a better choice than fire fang.
    Arcanine could take on waters with Thunder.

    • lv 60 or up LAtios: EV trained in attack, special defense and if possible speed
    Move set: Pyco Boost, Luster Purge, Sketch and (blizzard or a dragon move)
    For how about a groudon lv 100
    or a shiny mew but if this 1 lv 100 latios
