yeah but rampardos isn't an uber and he has even more attack than slaking,and his ability is actually goodexactly with shadow tag you can't run from a counter(espicially if it has encore) and you seriously can't think your gonna take down the 3rd biggest hp pokemon in the game befor it takes you out. slaking isn't uber because it has traunt.

it just needs a ni8ce agilty /rock polish pass to not suck , did you knoww smogon acutually suggest rock smash on it?
and his speed and defences sucks basically gets raped with something higher speed or choice band proity move
