yeah i fought him twice , he had ds acces but no comp access on one of pagesi asked for venks if he had challengers

I'm bad at elec types so can you post their stats and moves and EV or PM them. Also Raikou=Legendary? right? Pikachu is for a novelty. Pikachu Volt tackle.
pika is a UU , he is sick and doesnt deserve to be pokeman's mascot
