They are the "weaker" of Pokemon.

by weaker he doesnt mean it as in usless weaker.

what he meant is that the UUs dont have the raw stats to compete with other pokemon with higher overall stats.

No matter how many times you look at it, Flygon aint a Garchomp =/
 
haha but I'm not using those crappy pokemon. my pokemon's ability's and moves makeup for what they lack in stats. take my hitmonchan for example with iron fist and the same type attack bonus he throws a mean mach punch.
