Scyther's wings whirred rapidly, allowing it and its trainer to alight on the ground with relative ease. Seeing Takeno make his way toward a room, Roan said nothing--merely remaining where he was. Then, as Takeno swiftly returned, Roan and Scyther glanced at one another and shrugged slightly.
"Roan, this might be it."
Roan turned to view the door Takeno's gaze lay upon. After allowing the trainer to finish speaking, Roan nodded, replying, "Alright. But, being that there will probably be quite a few Rockets, we should try to avoid unneccessary combat--especially in an enclosed space like that room."
Raising a Pokeball, Roan released a Pokemon. "I'll send Vulpix in to use Flash to blind the Rockets. You and your Pokemon get in there as quickly as possible and get Whitney out. Don't go back directly to the elevator shaft--that's the first place they'll look. I'll try to distract the Rockets, but some of them will probably look for Whitney. If this is like any of their other bases, it's probably quite a maze. If you can lose them in it, then you should be able to circle back and make it to the ground floor. Agreed?"

Outside the Radio Tower, Sneasel dropped down, dodging a Magmar's Flamethrower. Hissing, it sliced its claws through the air, directing an Icy Wind toward its opponent. As the Magmar countered with an Ember, Sneasel suddenly flitted behind the fire type and cast a full force Shadow Ball at its back. Magmar collapsed to the ground, fainted.
"Tch. Magmar, return." A Rocket angrily recalled his Pokemon before preparing another one. However, before he or his companions were able to release another Pokemon, Sneasel slammed them against the nearest wall with a Blizzard, freezing them to the building's side. Then, turning, the dark type sealed the only entrance in the surrounding wall of ice.
Viewing its work with satisfaction, Sneasel deemed its job complete. Thus, turning, it vanished into the Radio Tower.
