Here are the first 2 chaos I have ever made... Tell me if I'm good for a beginner or for the first time making it, or if I'm bad or something...

Torchic Chao

So... What do you people think? Should I make some more chaos for people to adopt or should I stop making chaos because the ones I make are ugly? :(

There ok but blaziken needs shading. Also Torchic looks a bit fuzzy. Jirachi I would say is your best so far but it needs some shading on the green spots.
